We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee because we stand by the quality and performance of VisioEar™.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right — no hassle, no stress.
This guarantee covers:
- Product issues (performance, results, etc.)
- Skin or ear sensitivity concerns
- Defective or damaged items
- Gifts or bundle-related questions
Depending on your situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund — no need to return used items.

Returns
To be eligible for a physical return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must contact us to request a return within 15 days of delivery
If your product qualifies:
- Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team.
- Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and next steps.
- After we inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).
